DMV Scleral Cup™ Vented Inserter & Remover

The DMV® Vented Scleral Cup™ is a proven contact lens insertion tool that has been used for decades. It is recognized as an industry standard by patients and contact lens fitters worldwide. Designed specifically to assist with the insertion of hybrid contact lenses, this product is supplied as a single unit. Hybrid contact lenses feature a gas-permeable center optical zone surrounded by a soft comfort skirt.

Its vented design includes an air channel through the handle that allows for a softer grip and easier release once the lens is on the eye. The suction cup helps stabilize the lens during preparation and insertion, ensuring accurate placement and reducing the risk of dropping the lens.

To use it, place the lens front-side down into the cup and fill it with a contact lens solution approved by an eye care practitioner. The tool helps guide the lens onto the eye in a stable manner. This product is intended for insertion only and must not be used to remove contact lenses.

Do not use the DMV® Vented Scleral Cup™ with diseased, injured, or otherwise compromised eyes. It contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. Due to choking hazards, keep the product and its case away from small children. To clean the cup, wash it regularly with warm, soapy water and allow it to air dry. This product is not intended for use with soft contact lenses.
