Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
MyEyeSupply ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt via USPS or FedEx Ground. Please note that our flat rate shipping fee is $7.95 for all orders.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this email within two business days, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot locate the email, feel free to contact our customer service.
Order Tracking
You can easily track your order through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us for further assistance.
Shipping Time
While transit times may vary, the majority of orders are delivered within five business days. Shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather or carrier delays.
Currently, we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping options. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible via standard shipping methods.
Please note that MyEyeSupply only ships orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Missing Orders

Damaged Orders
